Aim: To investigate the effects of the methyl palmitate (PAME) on the proliferation and migration of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs).Methods: The hMSCs were incubated with various concentrations of PAME for 48 h or 12 h.Cell proliferation was subsequently measured by the MTT assay and analyzed the cell cycle progression by P1 staining using flow cytometry.
