目的 了解深部真菌感染患者经喂食管给予伏立康唑片后药代动力学特点及稳态血药浓度情况.方法 选取我院重症监护病房收治的临床诊断为深部真菌感染患者,经喂食管给予伏立康唑片达稳态后,分别测定给药前(谷浓度)、给药后即刻、给药后0.5,1,2,3,4,6,8,10,12h的血药浓度.
目的 观察恩替卡韦分散片与替比夫定片治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者的疗效及预测因素分析.方法 随机将159例HBeAg阳性的CHB患者分为恩替卡韦分散片组(ETV组)和替比夫定片组(LDT组).治疗72周后,观察两组的应答情况(生化学应答率、完全病毒学应答率、血清学应答率)及24周的疗效对远期疗效的预测情况.结果 治疗72周后两组患者的生化学应答率比较无统计学差异(p＞0.05).
