The ZnS nanoparticles were successfully obtained by a simple room-temperature solid-state method, which has the virtues of simplicity, low cost, high yield and low environmental impact.X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), nitrogen absorption-desorption specific surface area (BET) and UV-vis spectroscopy (UV) were used to study the morphology and microstructure features of the products.
