Apple is one of the most globally widespread tree fruits desired for their delicious taste and nutritive values;particularly apple peels contain rich amounts of antioxidants.As one of the natural antioxidants and essential nutritious substances, ascorbic acid prevents various health malfunctions;however, different apple cultivars vary in their antioxidant content.
