Objective:To study the detailed three dimensional anatomic data of proximal humerus in parts of Chinese,and compare with Caucasians,evaluate existing prothesis and operative specification whether suitable for Chinese or not.Methods:180 cases of normal adult volunteer were choosen single shoulder joint at random and performed CT scan,the thickness of layer was 0.5mm,the three dimensional anatomic image of proximal humerus was reconstructed with 1.25mm layer thickness and 0.6mm layer distance,after that,the picture were treated with software of mimics and imageware,and the data were measured.
