In the blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes of N,N’-diphenyl-N,N’-bis-[4-(phen yl-m-tolylamino)-phenyl]-biphenyl-4,4’-diamine [DNTPD](400(A)) /hole transport layer [HTL] /emission layer /electro transport layer [ETL] with 300(A)-thick emission layer of N,N’-dicarbaz olyl-3,5-benzene [mCP] doped with 10% bis[(3,5-difluoro-4-cyanophenyl)pyridine]iridium picolinate [FCNIr(pic)] as a volume ratio,electroluminescent characteristics were investigated according to different treatments of HTL and ETL.
