柯萨奇A16型病毒是手足口病的重要致病原之一,但自2008年安徽爆发EV71引起的手足口病以来,CA16病毒相关研究仍较少,阻碍了对新发肠道病毒致病机制的深入研究.CA16病毒通常引起的是轻症手足口病,但有时也可导致严重的神经系统症状.2009年广东手足口病爆发期间,我们从临床患者分离到2株CA16病毒,测序鉴定后命名为CA16/GD09/24 (KC117317)CA16/GD09/119(KC
