　　Sulfated polysaccharides (SPMEP) were prepared from a polysaccharide previously obtained from Morchella angusticepes Peck by chemical modifications.To determine the efficacy and underlying mechanism of SPMEP and PMEP on plasma lipids in hypercholesterolemia rats.Two doses (25 mg/kg/d and 75 mg/kg/d) of PMEP and SPMEP were orally administered to normal mice that were induced by a high fat diet,respectively.
