　　Unreduced gametes,gamete with a somatic chromosomes number,play an important role in plant sexual polyploidization.In the research,microtubules cytoskeleton pattern and cytological aspect of 2n pollen occurrence in Populus tomentosa were illustrated by using indirect immunofluorescence and microscopic examination.There were four mainly types of spindle microtubule during mcrosporegenesis,ie.paralle,perpendicular,tripolar and fused.
