Objective: To explore influence of ethanol on the reflex time and absolute refractory period to toads.Methods: We inject the alcohol to the toads abdominal lymph sac, respectively, to make blood concentration is 40mg/100ml, 80mg/100ml, 120mg/100ml and reserve, using probes penetrate the cranial cavity from the foramen magnum, destroying brain tissue tissue in order to prepare spinal toad.Then catch animals with muscular jaw folder, hanging on the iron pillar, to measure the reflex time of the blank group and three blood alcohol concentration groups,respectively.After that, we measure the sciatic nerve the absolute refractory period.
