Objective: To investigate ubiquitin-like PHD and ring finger domain 1 (UHRF1) expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) tissues and its relationship with radiotherapy response and prognosis.Methods: UHRF1 expression in 82 biopsy specimens of ESCC patients, who were pre-treated with simple radiotherapy, was detected using immunohistochemistry (IHC).The correlations of UHRFl expression with clinicopathological features,radiotherapy response, and prognosis of ESCC were analyzed.
