The process of reduction leaching of anodic slimes with ZnS concentrate was researched.The effect of various parameters including leaching temperature, leaching time,concentration of sulphuric acid, the α coefficient of anode slime, α coefficient of ZnS and underflow capacity of neutral leaching.The favorable conditions of the experiments which accord with the related demands were obtained including 80℃ for leaching temperature,more than 3 hours for leaching time, 100g/L for concentration of sulphuric acid, α<1.6 for the α coefficient of anode slime of the first stage leaching and α>1.6 for the α coefficient of anode slime of the second stage leaching, 1.1 for α coefficient of ZnS.The results indicated that the leaching rates of Zn and Mn were up to 93 % and 95 %, respectively, under the optimum conditions.
