Aim To investigate whether or not Flt3 and FIt3L are involved in the immunoregulation between DCs and T-regs in UC Methods BALB/c mice were randomly divided into a control group and DSS induced-colitis model group.Disease activity index (DAI), histological scoring, quantity of CD103+MHCⅡ+DCs and CD4+CD25+FoxP3+T-regs in terms of percentage, as well as expressions of Flt3 and Flt3Lwere assessed.
