目的 探讨急性脑梗死发病与气象因素的相关性,是否受气温、气压、相对湿度、风速等气象因素的影响,以采取相应的预防措施应对气候变化.方法 采用回顾性病例分析方法,收集天津医科大学第二医院神经内科2009年-2013年诊断明确且住院资料完整的脑梗死患者病例资料.
