本文介绍一种直接利用~1.13μm激光二极管(LD)泵浦的Ho:YAG透明陶瓷激光.实验用的Ho:YAG透明陶瓷体积为4.2×4.8×22 mm3,Ho3+掺杂浓度为1at.%.泵源是光纤耦合的激光二极管,波长为1.123~1.130μm,带宽为5nm.实验获得了波长为2099nm的激光输出,功率最大值达到1W,斜率效率为20.6%.在最大功率时,光束的质量因数约为4.
