辣椒素对Tca8113舌癌细胞生物学行为的影响

  舌癌是口腔颌面部常见的恶性肿瘤,恶性程度最高,转移率最大,术后存活率低。辣椒素是一种存在于多种红胡椒和辣椒中的辛辣刺激性的复合物,近期研究发现辣椒素具有抗食道癌、乳腺癌和前列腺癌等肿瘤的作用,但辣椒素对舌癌的作用尚未见报道。本研究旨在明确辣椒素对舌癌细胞株Tea8113体外增殖、迁移和侵袭等生物学特性的影响,并探讨其影响舌癌发生发展的作用机制。
