Basing on the discussion of two main principles of Chinese family ethics,the Harmony and the Smriti,this paper analyzes,by means of mathematic model,the Externalities which effecting on Property Right (PR) transition in the succession of CFB,including both the situations of single child succession and multiple children succession by the both principles in addition of Opportunity Property Right (OPR) for details the effects,and,basing on which,figures the management solution.
