  Background: Postradiation nasopharyngeal necrosis(PRNN)was one of most severe complications after radiotherapy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Only 13.4%~28.6%of patients were cured.Methods: 50 patients underwent a novel curative surgery involving radical endoscopic necrectomy,followed by reconstruction using a posterior pedicle nasal septum and floor mucoperiosteum flap(ENNF).
