Knowledge-based economy is a mode of economic growth and development of human society.It takes knowledge operation as the approach to economic growth and knowledge-based industry as the leading industry with knowledge becoming a new economic form.In the era of Knowledge-based economy, knowledge is rooted in ones subjective creation, and conducting creative study and constructing the chain system of knowledge innovation have been a topic of concern.At the start of 20th century, during the process of establishing modem knowledge system modern scholar Wang Kuo-weis unique insight into educational management and thoughts and approaches of pursuing study is worth exploring and learning.This paper divides the essence of educational management and acquiring knowledge into three aspects and conducts the theoretical thinking and meaning exploration on his educational management and acquiring knowledge respectively combining characteristics of knowledge-based economy.In addition, it also focuses on the exploration on the enlightenment of the approach of "seeking for the truth and fact" towards educational management and the cultivation of creative spirit in the era of knowledge-based economy.
