Plasma sprayed coating has good corrosion resistance,heat resistance and abrasion resistance,and it has been widely used as protective layer of machine parts and pressure-containing components.Technical process of plasma spray includes particle melting,quenching and consolidation.08Cr2AIMo steel is a type of material developed especially for heat exchanger pipe bundle used under H2S condition in recent years,but it was found that this material has high susceptibility of stress corrosion cracking (SCC) in saturated H2S solution.Three kinds of coating materials,namely Al2O3(87%)-TiO2(13%),Al2O3,and Cr2O3(92%)-TiO2(3%)-SiO2(5%),were screened and sprayed on the surface of 08Cr2AlMo steel by plasma spraying technology.
