Background and Purpose:Cilostazol shows endothelial protective effect after ischemic vascular damage by production of NO.Ischemic damage provided by a various stressors such as reactive oxygen species (ROS) developed endothelial senescence and dysfunction.Sirtl,a class Ⅲ histone deacetylase,is considered a key regulator of cell survival.The purpose of thepresent study was to clarify molecular mechanisms underlying the prevention from oxidative stress induced premature senescence by cilostazol in human endothelial cells.
