在金属有机化学中,β-氢消除和还原消除是被广泛认可的基元反应.在相关教科书中,对于含有β-氢的烷基金属卤化物物种,一般都认为发生β-氢消除反应而不发生烷基卤化物的还原消除反应.而我们的初步研究发现[1,2],含有β-氢的烷基卤化钯发生β-氢消除反应生成烯烃并不是唯一的反应路径,也可能发生还原消除反应生成碳-卤键.在特定的条件下,还原消除反应生成碳-卤键可能优于β-氢消除反应,甚至成为唯一的反应.不含β-氢的烷基卤化钯发生还原消除生成碳-卤键近年来已有文献报道[3].在本次会议上我们将交流讨论影响含有-氢的烷基卤化钯发生烷基卤化物的还原消除或发生β-氢消除的一些因素.
