Objective:To summarize the technology of using Fast-Fix to repair meniscal tears by arthroscopic,evaluate its effectiveness.Methods:From April 2004 to January 2005,use FasF-Fix to repair 17 meniscal tears.10 males and 6 females,the average is 25 years with range from 14 to 47.The medial is 7,and the lateral is 10.the interval from injury to surgery from 1 ~4 weeks,with the average is 2.7 weeks.Injury area:1 in region Ⅰ,10 in region Ⅱ,5 in region Ⅲ,1 in region ⅣV.Amonge which 11 tears were located at red region,6 tears were located at red-white region.
