In this paper,glass fiber was used as a raw material to prepare a novel 3D woven fabric on the 3D weaving machine.Then epoxy resin E51 and curing agent polyether amine WHR-H023 were combined as a resin matrix to recombine the 3D woven fabric.The recombined woven fabric could be used as vehicle interior composites.Universal material testing machine was employed to test the bending property and to study the bending mechanism of the material.Results show that:bending stress of composites reached at the value of 370MPa;flexural modulus of composites reached at the value of 8153MPa;the mode of bending failure of composites was mainly brittle failure.
