To explore whether the trace secretion of mouse hippocampal HT22 cells in the culture medium has a role of inducing neuronal differentiation of stem cells and the molecules changes in the process, HT22 cells and mouse bone-marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) from GFP transgenic mouse were cultured respectively.Collected the culture medium of HT22 cells, and added a certain amount into the BMSCs medium.
