【摘 要】
：
目的 干细胞在培养过程中会产生很多种细胞活性因子，诸如：免疫诱导因子、表皮生长因子、酪氨酸酶抑制因子、血管内皮细胞生长因子等，这些细胞活性因子能够具有抗衰老、美容养颜、延缓机能衰退的功能，其中多种细胞活性因子参与了预防、修复、延缓细胞衰老的发生和发展过程。这些活性物质不仅可以诱导干细胞的分化、传递细胞信号，而且千细胞培养基中也含有十余种细胞生长必需的氨基酸，这些氨基酸可以营养和修复损伤衰老的细胞，

目的 干细胞在培养过程中会产生很多种细胞活性因子，诸如：免疫诱导因子、表皮生长因子、酪氨酸酶抑制因子、血管内皮细胞生长因子等，这些细胞活性因子能够具有抗衰老、美容养颜、延缓机能衰退的功能，其中多种细胞活性因子参与了预防、修复、延缓细胞衰老的发生和发展过程。这些活性物质不仅可以诱导干细胞的分化、传递细胞信号，而且千细胞培养基中也含有十余种细胞生长必需的氨基酸，这些氨基酸可以营养和修复损伤衰老的细胞，加速细胞进入有丝分裂期，刺激成纤维细胞合成和分泌胶原蛋白，使得皮肤层变厚。而培养液中干细胞分泌的各种细胞活性因子又能进一步改善细胞的衰老状况，抑制酪氨酸酶的活性，减少黑色素的形成。
