INTRODUTION Due to its excellent mechanical strength,thermal and electrical conductivity,light weight,carbon fiber has been used extensively in the advanced engineering systems such as aerospace ships,planes,and hybrid vehicles.[1] As a result of its unique fibrous structure,carbon fiber normally serve as the reinforcing component to enhance the multiscale properties(i.e.mechanical,thermal,electrical) of the bulk materials,such as plastics,metals,and concrete.
