机床是由不同零部件组成的复杂机械结构。本文根据刚性活塞和矩形板箱类结构的声辐射能力和特点,对C6 150车床的主要发声体进行了分析;利用谱分析和相干分析,确定了该机床的主要噪声和振动源;通过声模拟实验和声振分析计算以及振动测量,研究了床头箱体在整机噪声中的作用。研究结果表明,该车床噪声主要产生于床头箱体后壁和主轴端的振动,引起这些振动的主要原因在于箱内振动及传递,箱内空气声对整机噪声和振动几乎不起作用。
The machine is a complex mechanical structure made up of different parts. In this paper, the main sounding body of C650 lathe is analyzed according to the sound radiation capability and characteristics of the rigid piston and rectangular plate box structure. The main noise and vibration source of the machine tool are determined by spectral analysis and coherence analysis. Experimental and acoustic vibration analysis and calculation and vibration measurement, the effect of bedside cabinet on machine noise was studied. The results show that the noise of the lathe mainly comes from the vibration of the back wall and the spindle end of the bedside cabinet. The main reason of these vibrations is the vibration and transmission in the box, and the air noise inside the box has little effect on the noise and vibration of the whole machine.
