2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内中膜非均匀性与颈动脉弹性的相关性研究

【摘要】

：

目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内中膜非均匀性与颈动脉弹性的相关性.方法:选取2型糖尿病患者39例及正常对照组31例,应用内中膜测量软件系统,测量双侧颈动脉内中膜非均匀度(IMI)、颈动脉内中膜平均厚度(IMTmean),应用Echo-Tracking技术测量双侧颈动脉内中膜僵硬度(β)、弹性系数(E p)、顺应性(AC)及脉搏波传导速度(PWV β),并分析IMI与年龄、性别、血压、血脂及动脉弹性
