　　Microcantilever has been wildly utilized in nanoelectromechanical systems (NEMS) and microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) as ultrasensitive detector for the measurement of small signals.During the detection the microcantilever must be actuated to vibrate resonantly and particularly it is technologically beneficial to actuate the microcantilever by using a remote actuation method.
