Frequency response function (FRF) based substructuring method can lead to simplified modelling studies involving modifications of the complex system by substituting a single component independently.In recent years,the structural dynamic community showed a renewed interest in how to obtain the unkonwn component FRFs from the assembled system.This is a relevant issue for component that can not be measured directly or accurately.
