  The OSMAC (One Strain Many Compounds) strategy was confirmed to activate the more silent biosynthetic pathway to produce diversity of secondary metabolites.Based on the OSMAC strategy,the fingerprints of a soft coral-derived symbiotic fungi NG-15-3 were established by TLC and HPLC.As a result,many kinds of compounds were obtained from different media.
