　　Objective: Osthol-loaded Eudragit S100 nanoparticle (Ost-S 100-NP) is a novel pH-sensitive nanparticle that are prepared with enteric material Eudragit S100.The preparation method, morphological characteristics,cellular uptake as well as its anti-tumor activity are also investigated in order to get a safe and effective formulation of Ost.
