　　The applications of photodynamic therapy (PDT) were usually limited by low tumor selectivity of phtosensitizers.Herein, we reported an NIR imaging and mitochondria-targeted liposomes so called "theranosome (TNS)", which encapsulated both Chlorin e6 (Ce6, photosensitizer) and indocyanine green (ICG, photothermal agent) to realize erhanced PDT efficacy.
