【摘 要】
：
目的：报告应用DHS内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效,探讨相关问题。方法：对42例股骨粗隆间骨折采用DHS治疗。本组病例中男17例,女25例；年龄60～96岁,平均78岁。骨折按Tronzo Evans分型,Ⅰ型8例,Ⅱ型10例,Ⅲ型15例,Ⅳ型9例。结果：经6～24个月,平均11个月的随诊,疗效按优、良、可、差分为4级。优：骨折愈合,髋部无痛,恢复伤前状况；良：骨折愈合,偶有疼痛,大部分恢复伤前状
