　　Objective: Nesfatin-1 derived from nucleobindin2(NUCB2)is a hypothalamic polypeptide,which induces anorexia and regulates energy expenditure.Recent study has detected the nesfatin-1 immunoreactive neurons in lateral parabrachial nucleus(LPBN)which is a key nucleus involved in the regulation of feeding behavior and thermogenesis.
