Transparent and electro conductive materials are of great importance today As the conductivity and transparency of graphene materials are outstanding, graphene-based films are extensively studied for their use in electric devices.In this study, high quality graphene sheets were produced by thermal treatment and liquid phase exfoliation, where graphite was treated in N-methyl-pyrrolidone.This was possible because the solvent-graphene interaction is bigger than the energy required to exfoliate graphene.A graphene thin film was prepared on a flexible substrate using the spray coating method.The graphene layer and the transparent thin film were characterized by atomic force microscopy, raman spectroscopy, ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, and electrical conductivity measurements.
