Aim: To introduce a restoration technique by autologous tissue in sencond rhinoplasty after nose augmentation.Methods: We choose the anterior nose goodman open incision through columella nasi.Suitable size of septal cartilage and retroauricular fascia was harvested under the head lamp with 2.5 times magnifier to rebuild support system of nasal tip and reshape the shape of nose.Result: Patients with thin skin and lack of aesthetic proportion of nasal face Angle and nasolabial Angle after nose augmentation with silicone implants or reconstructive surgery implanted unidentified material can be put right.The nasal shape improved significantly, the three-dimensional structure of nasal tip has good stability, and no substantial changes were found in the height of the bridge of the nose which were explored in one month, half one year and one year following-up observation.Conclusion: sencond rhinoplasty Should be built on the proportion of aesthetics which is based on anatomy, septal cartilage was harvested to set up framing system of apex nasi.Retroauricular fascia is used to reshape the bridge of the nose and obtain better stability.
