　　The "reasonable lowest price method of bids" after the assessment is a method which is used to carry out the evaluations of bids in the international world in general.At the same time,it has attained a wide application in the construction field of China.The bid-winning project at a low price has put forward a higher requirement on the construction cost control of the units which are in charge of construction.In this paper,the author carries out some beneficial explorations on how to make use of the refined management to get a control on the construction costs of the bid-winning projects at a low price.
