主诉:面部、肢体屈侧皮疹4+年,无自觉症状.病史,查体及实验室检查:患者男,29岁,4+年面部开始长皮疹,无自觉症状.之后,皮疹逐渐发生于腋下、腹股沟等处.皮疹可部分消退,但新皮疹不断出现.患病后一般情况好,体重无变化.无特殊病史、家族史.6个月前单位年度体检未见异常.查体:系统检查未见异常.皮肤科检查:面部、双腋下、腹股沟、膝关节屈侧有大量针头至花生米大小的黄红色丘疹、结节.左眼球结膜内侧近角膜处黄豆大黄红色结节,双颊粘膜、舌背后部分也有类似的黄红色结节.
