抗粘附、抗炎候选分子Gu-4光亲和探针设计合成与靶点研究

白细胞与内皮细胞的粘附与过度聚集是造成炎症反应的主要原因,特殊糖链结构介导了这种粘附过程.利用糖类分子抑制这一过程已成为发展抗炎药物的新策略.研究表明[1],四价乳糖簇Gu-4 分子在抗炎领域显示出了良好的活性,能显著抑制烧伤休克、类风湿性关节炎、感染性休克、脓毒血症等炎症.
