太钢矿业公司(以下简称矿业公司)是集采矿、选矿和球团于一体的大型矿业企业,是太钢重要的分公司。矿业公司下辖两个铁矿,一个石灰石矿、一个复合材料厂,总计有职工6500余人。近年来,随着信息技术的高速发展和面向流程管理理念在企业的形成,为物料的分散管理转变到集中管理创造了条件。如何以业务为导向,建立信息技术支撑的物料集中管理,在太钢矿业显得尤为重要。
TISCO Mining Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Mining Corporation) is a large mining enterprise integrating mining, beneficiation and pellets. It is an important subsidiary of TISCO. Mining companies administered two iron ore, a limestone mine, a composite material plant, a total of more than 6,500 employees. In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology and the concept of process-oriented management in the formation of enterprises, it has created conditions for decentralized management of materials to shift to centralized management. How to be business-oriented and to establish centralized management of information technology support is particularly important in TISCO.
