一、泰勒MOD系统简介泰勒MOD系统是一个分布式过程控制和信息处理系统,适合于整个工厂范围的过程管理,它是一个由各种子系统和接口组成,并由一高速数据公路连接在一起的大系统。系统结构的模块化允许用户有充分的灵活性来实现对今天来说是必需的功能,同时也有能力去扩展系统的功能以满足明天处理的需要。图1所示是典型的泰勒MOD系统,它是由下述硬件系统组合而成的: 仪表子系统、控制器子系统、高密度输入、输出子系统、数据处理器子系统、控制台子系统、多功能子系统、信关处理器。
I. Introduction to Taylor MOD System The Taylor MOD system is a distributed process control and information processing system that is suitable for process management throughout the entire plant. It is composed of a variety of subsystems and interfaces and is connected by a high-speed data highway Big system. The modularity of the system architecture allows users the flexibility to implement functions that are necessary today, as well as the ability to extend the capabilities of the system to meet tomorrow’s processing needs. Figure 1 shows a typical Taylor MOD system that is a combination of the following hardware systems: Instrumentation Subsystem, Controller Subsystem, High Density Input and Output Subsystem, Data Processor Subsystem, Console Subsystem, Multi-function subsystem, gateway processor.
