徐钢高炉炉壳开裂的主要原因是由于碱金属使砖中的莫来石变为钾霞石产生体膨所致;砖衬的抗碱能力与其密度和气孔度有密切的关系;炉底砖衬的碱富集带与910℃等温线基本一致。同时发现,通过特殊处理的砖衬其抗碱力显著提高。
