脂肪酶介导的转酯反应生产生物柴油越来越受到关注，因为酶催化法生产生物柴油具有设备要求简单、反应条件温和以及环境污染小等优点.本文通过构建并测序洱源牛街热泉的元基因组文库以及基于具有潜在工业应用价值的酶学性质筛选方法筛选，获得了一个具有生物功能的新脂肪酶基因Lip-1.
