Climate Change, its impacts and effects on water resources have grown more vivid globally day by day and Philippines was not spared. In fact, it is one of the identified climate hotspots.Being located in the warmer latitude of the Southeast Asia region, it has become greatly vulnerable to climate change, not to mention that the Philippines lies along the rim of the Pacific Ring of Fire and in the area of the Pacific Typhoon Belt. The Philippines total water resources-its availability and quality-continue to dwindle, while population keep on increasing and so is the demand for water.
