文冠果不同尺度种群遗传格局分析

  文冠果(Xanthoceras sorbifolium)是无患子科文冠果属植物,花杂性,雄全同株,被列为国家重点发展的十大木本油料树种之一。又因抗逆性强,被视为北方兼具“生态-经济”双重效益的树种。为了分析文冠果不同尺度种群的遗传信息,更好地保护种质资源和筛选交配组合亲本,利用开发的SSR引物对2个尺度种群进行遗传多样性和遗传结构研究。
