Objective The purpose of this study was to identify the feature genes which are related to Hereditary Hemochromatosis (iron overload) in the cardiac and skeletal muscle of mice.Methods We downloaded the gene expression profile GSE9726 from Gene Expression Omnibus database which includes 12 cardiac and skeletal muscle of mice,cardiac muscle from the iron loaded mice,cardiac muscle,skeletal muscle from the iron loaded mice,skeletal muscle from the control mice,each of them are 4 samples.
