In this study, a wheat mutant library with EMS was constructed for laying a foundation for wheat drought resistance research.EMS was used as chemical mutagen to build the mutant library with wheat cultivar Xinong 2000.The mutant library contained a DNA library and a matching seed bank.The technique of genome DNA extracting in M2 generation is the traditional CTAB method and the matching seeds were preserved.
