Hybrid nanocapsules have potential applications in the theranostic fields ranging from cellular imaging,drug delivery to cancer therapy due to their unique physicochemical properties.Up to today,several amphiphilic organic molecules including lipid,block copolymers,and polypeptides have been utilized to assemble micelles to enhance the water solubility of hydrophobic anticancer drugs [1].However,the nanostructures of micelles show low water stability,because single molecules in micelles interact with each other via weak van der Waals forces.
